Minister of Aviation Fights to Keep Her Job
It is no longer news that the Minister of Aviation is in a big trouble and could end up losing her precious job as a minister. This is arising as she acquired for herself a two BMW amour cars. She has to keep her job now and believes the President is the only person who could help her. In what many would tag insensitivity to harsh realities, President Goodluck Jonathan may eventually sweep under the carpet, the controversy currently hanging around the neck of the Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah over the illegal acquisition of two BMW armoured cars.
Following reports from Saharareporters, Ms. Oduah who was queried by Jonathan over the ongoing crisis in the Aviation sector is currently rocking the Holy City of Israel with his Excellency and other government personalities, trying to mend the broken walls.

According to the online media, embattled Oduah was listed as one of the 54 officials that travelled alongside President Jonathan to Israel for this year’s Christian Pilgrimage.

It was gathered that Jonathan however gave her the permission to travel ahead of the delegation 24 hours early, under the pretext that she would be signing the Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA) between Nigeria and Israel.

The Minister was also listed as one those expected to follow the President to a meeting with President Mahmoud Abbas in the Occupied Palestinian territory, also on October 29.

However, findings revealed that the BASA agreement would not be signed until October 29, following which Jonathan will return to the country.

Further investigation also revealed that since arriving the Holy City, Jonathan and several officials, including Ms. Oduah, were lodged in the same hotel, King David Hotel in Jerusalem, which gave the Minister the privilege of having one on one meeting with Jonathan.

It was learnt that the reason Jonathan decided to set up a “probe panel” was to slow down the situation so that Mrs. Oduah would still remain in his cabinet.

An insider hinted that President Jonathan has little or no regard for the probe going on at the House of Representatives, calling them “hungry people.”
